The physical home of Airship Entertainment is Seattle, Washington, USA. Your order will, under all normal circumstances, be shipped from our home office in Seattle.

Orders usually go out twice a week: we try for Mondays and Thursdays. Please be aware that shipping and customer service people are only in the office on those days. Convention travel and holidays can interfere with this schedule significantly.

Within the USA, orders can take anywhere from a few days to two weeks to arrive at their destinations. We are, to an extent, at the mercy of our beloved Post Office.

Orders sent to Canada can take up to three weeks to arrive, and may be subject to customs inspections.

All overseas orders are now shipped “Air.” Delivery time mostly depends upon the destination country’s postal service. If you are concerned, it is a good idea to contact your local post office for a better delivery estimate than we can give. Overseas orders have, on occasion, taken up to two months. This is not usual, but it has happened.
